BUSINESS ANALYSIS
A business analyst is responsible for analysing the business and identifying fields that are lacking, to improve them, to optimise the productivity and the business as a whole. Learning skills and knowledge that enables an individual to come up with innovative ways to advance the business, save the business money and increase revenue for the business is vital and hence Business Analysis is a course that is vital and businesses rely on business analysts on their expertise. If you have a passion for improving and growing business then this is the course for you.

- Module 1 – Analysis of the Business Environment Objective: Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, behave professionally and creatively solving problems in the workplace
In this module you learn the skills and knowledge of how to communicate in the workplace, you will learn how to creatively solve problems in the workplace. There are ways in which individuals need to conduct themselves in the workplace, you will learn about ethics and professionalism in a workplace environment.
- Module 2 – Business Analysis Process Objective: Demonstrate the ability to identify the requirements of a business using the business analysis process to meet business objectives
A business analyst needs to be able to identify the requirements which a business needs to accomplish business objectives. In this module you will learn how to conduct an organizational needs analysis, you will learn how to plan and monitor a business analysis process and perform enterprise analysis.
- Module 3 – Elicitation Requirements Objective: Illustrate the ability to collect the requirements of stakeholders
In this module you will learn how to perform requirements elicitation, you will research and collect information of the requirements of all stakeholders in the business, you will also be able to plan and monitor the business analysis process.
- Module 4 – Detailing Business Data Requirements Objective: Asses the proposed solution, validate the solution and evaluate solution performance
In this module you will learn how to conduct a solution assessment and validation to be able to perform tasks to ensure that the solutions that you come up with meet the objectives of the business. You will also learn how to illustrate an understanding of change management for computer systems.
- Module 5 – Use Case Modelling Objective: Analyze the expectations of a system
In this module you learn about the system of the business, what it should do and the interactions within the system, to analyze the design of information systems and participate in them as well. You will also learn how to develop an understanding within the organization about the risks linked with its functioning.
- Module 6 – Monitor Quality Assurance Activities Through The Lifecycle of a Project Objective: Monitor and contribute to information systems
In this module you will learn how to contribute to the inauguration of information systems and the maintenance of information systems.
